Intellectual Property Rights

• Rexdesigner’s IP: All content, designs, materials, and methods created by Rexdesigner remain the intellectual property of Rexdesigner until fully paid for by the client. Unauthorized use of Rexdesigner’s intellectual property is prohibited.

• Client’s IP: You retain all rights to the content and materials you provide to us. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish such content and materials to provide the Services.

Ownership of Materials

• Transfer of Ownership: Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client. Rexdesigner retains the right to showcase the deliverables in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Licensed Content: Any licensed content provided by the client must have appropriate rights cleared. Rexdesigner is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of client-provided licensed content.

Third-Party Applications

Our Services may integrate with third-party applications. We are not responsible for the functionality or terms of use of third-party applications. Your use of third-party applications is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity.

• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security features of our Services.

Clients Feedback

We welcome and encourage client feedback. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and publish the feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

Publicity

You grant Rexdesigner the right to use your name and logo in promotional materials, case studies, and on our website. If you prefer not to be included in such materials, please notify us in writing.

Use of Licensed Content

• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all licensed content provided to Rexdesigner has appropriate usage rights. Rexdesigner is not liable for any legal issues arising from the use of such content.

• Rexdesigner’s Content: Any content provided by Rexdesigner is warranted to be original or properly licensed for use in your projects.

Refunds

• Process: To request a refund, contact our support team via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.

Holidays

Rexdesigner observes public holidays based on our operating location. During these periods, response times may be slower, and project deadlines may be adjusted accordingly. Clients will be notified in advance of any holidays.

Limitations of Liability

No Liability for Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rexdesigner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services.

• Any unauthorized access or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rexdesigner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
